СОВРЕМЕННЫЕ ПОДХОДЫ В ЛЕЧЕНИИ И ПРОФИЛАКТИКЕ ПРОТЕЗНЫХ СТОМАТИТОВ
Аннотация
Воспалительные изменения в любой области организма, включая полость рта, часто связаны с дисбалансом в протеолитической системе макроорганизма, особенно при наличии соматических заболеваний. Исследования различных авторов подтверждают влияние протезного стоматита у пациентов, использующих съемные протезы, на протеолитическую систему организма. В работах отечественных и зарубежных авторов была выявлена связь между появлением воспалительных проявлений в полости рта и заболеваниями различных систем организма, таких как желудочно-кишечный тракт, кровь, эндокринная, иммунная, сердечно-сосудистая, бронхо-легочная и другие.
